To work in a timely

*Full Glue Weaves or Full & Half Sew-in's  
days are: Wednesday's & Thursday's appointments have to be scheduled between the times from 10:00am -12:30pm.   


No other Days or times are accepted. 
And if scheduled it will be cancelled.  


During the Holidays I may not be able to accommodate scheduling full weaves on that week due to high volume of clients.

*Full Glue-in's or Full/Half Sew-in Weaves days are: Wednesday's or Thursday's. Appointments have to be scheduled between the times of 10:00am -12:30pm. Must call to schedule due to the time slot for these services. Will not show available on the scheduling website.

And if scheduled during the hour it will be cancelled otherwise.

* We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 3 hours of your time for Hair Service and cannot guarantee anything less then that. 
* Please do not schedule 2 appointments in the same week or however we will keep the latest appointment and cancel the previous appointment     in which may inconvenience you. 
* If you are scheduling and appointment for someone else. Please schedule the appointment under that will be getting serviced.
* Please book appointments for the time you can arrive. Please do not schedule for one time and put in the notes you will be coming at a   
   different time. If that happen appointment with not be honored or will be charged a $15 fee for not showing on time. 
* Clients have to arrive at scheduled appointment time and no later then 10 minutes late.  


Cancellation Policy
*We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation notice that is required. Any appointments cancelled less then 24 hours we will subject to a 50% late cancellation fee. If we don't get an cancellation notice at all you will be subject to 100% no show fee. Why an 24 hour cancellation notices are important to our business. Is because the business can have respectable amount of time to replace that appointment time to another potential customer.

*For Massage Services, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to all first time clients.  
*If you arrive late to your massage appointment time. Time will be deducted from your session and you will receive the remaining time from arrive as  
  to schedule appointment. 
*Please know that 10 to 15 minutes of your time is a consultation, undress and dress. So please be on time.
